Banana-Flax Chocolate Chip Muffins

muffin tin
1¾ cups all-purpose flour ⅓ cup vegetable oil
1 Tbspn baking powder 1 banana (ripe)
1 cup brown sugar ½ cup ground flax seeds
⅓ cup skim milk ½ cup wheat germ
1 cup chocolate chips

  1. Mix flour and baking powder. Add sugar.
  2. Mix oil, milk and banana separately.
  3. Add to dry ingredients.
  4. Add ground flaxseeds and wheat germ.
  5. Add chocolate chips.
  6. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes either in greased muffin tin or paper cupcake holders placed in muffin tin.
